Yes. Emma’s Bridal Boutique operates by appointment only to ensure every guest receives dedicated one-on-one attention from an experienced stylist and enough time to enjoy the experience.
How long does an appointment last?
Bridal appointments are approximately 1.5 hours, while bridesmaids, prom, mother of the bride, accessories, and special occasion appointments are typically 1 hour.
What should I bring to my appointment?
We recommend bringing inspiration photos, having an idea of your preferred style and budget, and wearing nude undergarments or shapewear if you plan to use them on your special day.
Can I bring family and friends with me?
Absolutely. Bringing a small group of supportive family members or friends can help make the experience memorable while allowing you to comfortably focus on finding the perfect dress. Smaller groups can also make the appointment feel more relaxed and personal.
What happens during my appointment?
During your appointment, you’ll meet with a dedicated stylist who will discuss your vision, style preferences, event details, and budget before helping you select and try on gowns that match your ideas.
How far in advance should I book my bridal appointment?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy bridal and prom seasons, to secure your preferred date and time. Bridal shopping timelines often begin many months before the wedding date.
What should I avoid wearing to my appointment?
Heavy makeup, self-tanners, bronzers, or anything that could transfer onto gowns is best avoided. Comfortable undergarments are recommended for the best fitting experience.
What happens if I’m running late?
If you’re running late, please contact the boutique as soon as possible. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and arriving on time helps ensure you receive the full experience with your stylist.
Do you offer private or VIP bridal appointments?
Yes. Emma’s VIP Nights offer an exclusive after-hours bridal experience with personalized attention, treats, and a relaxed atmosphere for you and your guests.
Do you offer appointments for bridesmaids, prom, mothers, and special occasions?
Yes. Emma’s Bridal Boutique offers appointments for prom and gala dresses, mother of the bride and groom gowns, accessories, wedding guest attire, and special occasion dresses.
Do you offer group bridesmaids appointments?
No. We no longer offer group bridesmaids appointments. Bridesmaids are welcome to shop with us; however, appointments are scheduled individually to ensure each client receives personalized one-on-one service.
